In case of cancellation the following policy will apply:
- if made before March 20, 2014 : full refund.
- if made between March 20 and April 10, 2014: 50% of the paid registration fee will be charged.
- if made after April 10, 2014: NO REFUND!
Please note that this policy applies only to the cancellation of Conference registration. Hotels apply their own terms and conditions.
