There will be a Scientific Secretariat office where an assistance can be obtained during opening hours (will be announced later).
All presentations should be uploaded to Indico, preferably in PDF format. We request that all speakers submit their transparencies two hours before the session block of their presentation (that is on the evening before for morning sessions and before the lunch break for afternoon sessions). No private laptops or USB memories will be allowed for presentations. Please avoid animations and other special effects which may not be displayed correctly in a lecture room.
Submissions made in formats other than PDF, should be checked on the test computer in the Scientific Secretariat as early as possible. Please observe that we shall not be able to handle them in the last minute due to a high rate of talk delivery (> 20 talks/hour).
